New Kingston Walking Tours

For 2020, Kingston Tour Guides have added a number of new walking tours to complement our traditional Town Centre tour of the historic town.
If you have previously been on our traditional tour and would like to learn even more about Kingston, or maybe you want to try something a little different, our new walking tours will take you to parts of Kingston you may not be familiar with.  You will learn the history of some familiar buildings, buildings that have disappeared or buildings that are now very different from their original purpose.
To see the available dates for each tour and to reserve your place, click on the buttons below.

Old London Road and Clarence Street

Join us on a walk from the 14th Century Lovekyn Chapel down Old London Road and Clarence Street to the 19th Century Kingston Bridge.

Even if you have walked these streets hundreds of times, we guarantee that you'll learn things about Kingston, its buildings and its people that you didn't know before.

Kingston Pubs Walk

Join us on a walk around the ancient pubs of Kingston.

Let us regale you with the history of fourteen watering holes, many of which you will be familiar with today but you'll be amazed to learn so much about their past.

Coming Soon - Public Art Tour
Walk with us around Kingston as we point out the amazing street art that the town has in abundance.
In our busy lives, we rush around town and fail to notice the statues, murals and plaques that adorn the walls and open spaces in Kingston.  Our guide will tell you the history and origin of some amazing art work on a leisurely walk around the town.

Kingston Tour Guides is a voluntary organisation;

we are partly funded by a grant from

the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
